Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, the customer may be responsible for the redelivery costs. 8. Damages During Shipping While we pack our books securely, we understand that damage can occasionally happen in transit. If you receive a damaged book, please refer to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement.
