Returns and Replacements We accept requests for returns, refunds, or replacements for physical products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your request must fall under one of the following circumstances:
- Broken or Damaged Products: The book or product was broken or damaged upon arrival.
- Product Mismatch: The delivered product does not match the specifications or title mentioned during order placement.
Return Processing and Deductions Please note that for returns, deductions for shipping, marketing, operational costs, and any additional damages may be applied before your final refund is issued.
Refund Turnaround Time Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The credited amount will appear in your original method of payment within this period, subject to your bank’s processing times.
Cancellation Policy Order cancellations are valid only until the product has been dispatched. We are unable to entertain or accept cancellation requests once your order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner.
